What makes your company a great place to work?

You do! And we mean that. We operate in a very small and specialised space and therefore we do not need to expand endlessly, which means each and every employee is an appreciated contributor to our continuing success and reflectively we are able to invest considerable amount of time and revenue in salaries, benefits and continuing education and certification. How do you foster diversity in your company?

What makes you want to attend the PGConf.DE conference?

We wanted to attend and sponsor the conference because we have always believed in absolute digital sovereignty, and for us that means a commitment to secure opensource technology - and database solutions, like PostgreSQL, underpin all data security, privacy and sovereignty. After years of consuming opensource solutions, we have committed to giving something back to the community and this was a great way to start, especially in light of the geopolitical turbulence in Europe and the world today. Operating in two core areas of competency, one side of the business designs and architects secure platforms and solutions and the other business area engages in security risk assessment, management and general cyber prevention. Whilst of course we are open to winning new customers or forging new strategic alliances, our other reason for sponsoring and attending PostgreSQL Conference Germany 2025 was to give our technical employees a reward and a chance to grow their own knowledge - continuing education is important and without it neither we or opensource can thrive.
